i am also hiv+ but i have NO problems with that. i AM UNDETECTIBLE and have been for 10 years. and have always treaded my hiv naturally. i really want to make my heb "undetectible" and have , at least , a normal functioning liver! am i shooting for the stars am i asking too much.? thanks again peace

help my cat?
ok people i need treatment now i cant sleep knowing my kitty is in pain. i need some homeopathic rem. they didnt always have anti biotics. oh and did you know that anti biotic means anti life. i believe that what the body brings on the body will deal with and take it off. i just what some helpful tip until morningthat will ease her pain and start with the draining process. i like the salt water idea. i will go to the vet im not cruel. yet i know she will heal her self. she just needs some love and care. oh by the way i have a nose pierce i have had it for years. well just in the past day and half i have a nice infection. well i remembered the lst time it was infected. it was when i got it pierces. anyway i used tea tree oil it amazingly worked so i am trying it on the mish mish.
i sorry my cat has an open cut on her paw. it got infected and she is in alot of pain. i dont believe in meds. i would like someone that knows about natural meds.
You dont say how or where she is injured, if its a abcess, peroxide will help to keep it clean and opened and that is the key. Cats heal over the surface which holds in infection. If that is what it is. Need more info…..
huge ordeal with wisdom teeth removal – help??
I got my wisdom teeth removed the day after Christmas. I had five, and the surgery ended up taking about twice as long as they predicted. They had a lot of trouble getting my bottom teeth out and there was a lot of trauma to the surrounding area.
I had bad reactions to the mega-doses of ibuprofen and the vicodin – both made me extremely nauseous and my oral surgeon prescribed an anti-nausea medication for chemo patients which has helped.
However, I have not continued with the ibuprofen and thus, nearly a week after the surgery, I am still experiencing a lot of swelling. I have tried EVERYTHING – ice compresses, moist heat (on the advice of my surgeon), even awful homeopathic remedies. Nothing is working. I have to go back to school on Wednesday, and I'm not comfortable going back looking and feeling how I am.
So does anyone have any recommendations to speed up the healing process, specifically the swelling? Is there some kind of super steroid I can ask for? Heeelllllpppp!
It's pretty common to vomit after surgery. Even a combo of blood and stomach acid. I've had oral surgery a few times, including having wisdom teeth removed. The swelling takes about a week to go down, and if you irritate the area, you will get dry socket which will prolong the swelling ,as well as hurt really bad. Try salt water rinses every hour you are awake, and remember to let the water "fall out" of your mouth instead of spitting. Spitting and sucking on a straw can also cause dry socket. Stay away from other remedies, and also get a lot of sleep. Sleep also helps recovery.

I damaged my calf muscle, which is now well healed, but have secondary issues with Achilles tendon.?
My Achilles tendon is now hurting from how I have had to limp. Orthopedist put me in a boot and prescribed an Nsaid. I am looking for a natural anti inflammatory. Homeopathic, herbal, nutraceutical, I don't care. Any ideas?
Ask your ortho about physical therapy or massage therapy. If the tendon is causing you pain, it may be tight. I don't think a boot will help other than keeping the tendon from moving. Did you avoid using the calf muscle while it healed? The tendons attached to the calf muscles would be affected as well.

I really need your help in this
I would try Child Nursing-nursing is always in demand, Community Nursing, and any of the health sciences. It also depends on what you want to do with medicine. There are related fields that deal with medicine prescriptions like pharmacy or any pharmacuetical field. Pharmacy is another job with a shortage that makes a lot of money, but the coursework is hard.
hey lucky hope this helps?
Psoriasis Treatments include:
1) Dead Sea Salts This traditional treatment to healing naturally has been used in the Middle East for thousands of years. We have a 6 week program designed to use in your home.
2) "Psoriasis Spot Free in 30 Days", A special diet book written by a former sufferer of the itching and flaking skin condition. The author is a registered nurse who used food to reverse the signs and symptoms of her condition.
3) Homeopathic treatment that helps to target the source of the problem with no damaging side effects.
4) Herbal extractions like Oregon Grape Root Extract and Herbal Detox Tea combinations that gently cleanse your body of toxins and help optimize your liver function. Herbs have historically been used for treatment of skin conditions.
5) Gentle herbal scalp creams and shampoos that contain FDA approved ingredients to combine nature with science.
6) Dietary supplements to improve your defense systems, Omega Fortified Flax (recommended for children and adults) and Alkyrol Shark Liver Oil for maximum Omega 3 fatty acids.
Maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet can improve general health and have a positive impact on psoriasis.

What is psoriasis and how it can be controlled are just some of the questions explored on this web site. Is there a cure? NO. But you can effectively keep the itching skin, scaling, and red lesions at bay without injections, caustic pharmaceuticals, or cancer causing therapies. Natural approaches do work.
We searched the world over to bring you unique and effective choices for psoriasis. We hope you find the lost treasures you were seeking. Our nautical theme invokes a spirit of adventure and discovery. There are items here that are not from the sea, but herbal, homeopathic, and from land. We tried to combine old knowledge with new technology, common sense approaches, and alternative medicines to help make your trip to the Natural Products Center rewarding.

very informative but what is your question?
My horse tore her Spensery ligament in her front right leg both branches of it!?
Ok the vet checked her and every thing, but i just wanted to know some ways to help her, my vet just told me rest! Has anyone had this problem? anything you did that helped the process? any supplements, rubs, or homeopathic stuff that helped your horse heal smoothly? I know it takes a long time to heal but if there is anything i can do to help her i want to do it!! please help ! thanks
Suspensary, i cant spell. anyway, she was either having to much fun in the pasture or she was hurt when riding, i dont think riding because i came back from vk and thats when she started looking really off. I already bio wrap her and cold hose her leg.
I am not vet wrapping her, i am pillow wrapping with a regular wrap around, bio wrap means i am wrapping both front legs so she doesnt start to favor one.
Suspensary ligament, not spensery.
Anyway, the only way to heal this is rest, rest and more rest! Nothing else you can do, I imagine she is on box-rest? I would bandage her legs for support and to stop them filling.
Other than that, there really isn't anything you can do that will make a difference.
How did she do it?
ADD: Re: the second answer – I wouldn't use vet wrap, unless a poultice is needed (but it's unlikely she has any I think; the damage is internal). Use stable bandages over thick gamgee. Alternatively, as she's going to be on box rest fairly long term, I can recommend Premier Equine International's Boot Wraps – they provide the support of bandages and gamgee without the hassle. They have seen me through several stints of box rest and one of my horses wears hind ones every night as his legs fill. http://www.premierequine.co.uk/acatalog/horse-boots.html – third one down. I would avoid the magnetic ones as it could interfere with the healing process. Some people say it helps it, but my vet advises against it and I agree with him, lol. NEVER EVER bandage for more than 12 hours. it will cause circulation damage and can weaken tendons etc. I do 12 hours on, 12 hours off with my horses when they're on box rest.
ADD: I've just read your additions, it is likely that she's over done it in the paddock. Especially if she was unfit at the time as the turnover of tendon, ligament and muscle fibres in an unfit horse is slow and so some of the elasticity is lost. Heel wedges in her shoes will help to alleviate the pressure and can help to quicken healing, along with egg bar shoes. You may want to speak to your vet and farrier about this. If she has a long pastern (as in, her long pastern bone is too long as all horses have a long pastern bone! lol) then this can also make her more prone to damage as the fetlock "over bends" and puts excessive strain on the ligaments and tendons. Boots that wrap around the fetlock can help this (often called training wraps) as they offer support but it's more important to avoid, or limit, concussive work on hard ground. Witch Hazel and Arnica (available in a green jelly from most tack shops) or just witch hazel (get it from the chemist, dilute with water) can help the swelling and bruising whilst the injury is fresh but it will not help to heal the ligament any faster. Email me if I can help any further.
Natural Tooth Restoration?
Has anyone tried or read the findings of Gerarg Judd, PHD? He is America's most honored Chemist. Has anyone ever heard of Monosodium Phosphate regrowing tooth enamel and healing decayed teeth? If you've tried this and it's worked, please let me know. Or has anyone used the homeopathic remedy called Symphytum OFF, and found that it worked to restore tooth enamel caused by decay? Thus removing the brown or black decay and resulting in white healthy teeth? Would love to hear your story or research. Thanks.
Gerard Judd is a dental renegade who believes all kinds of crazy, discredited and downright ridiculous things and who uses everything from misrepresenting data and outright lying to preying on the public's fears to spread his ideology. What I would say is that there are two sides to every story. Why not research what people who disagree with him say, look critically at their evidence and make up your own mind?
Anyway if you've got some you may was well give monosodium phosphate a try. Phosphate is a component of enamel so maybe it would help.
The only treatment (that I'm aware of) that reminerises enamel (i.e. hardens that which already there rather than growing it anew) is fluoride. There's a lot about that here: http://www.doctorspiller.com/fluoride.htm The ions in your saliva do a similar thing but don't make it as resistant to attack. New enamel itself can't be grown because the cells which produce it (ameloblasts) are on the enamel surface when the tooth comes through and so are scraped off when the tooth is first used.
A question for homeopaths, naturopaths…physicians in sports medicine…etc…?
I'm a 45 yr old woman, I've had an emergency cesarian when younger..and have had 2 surgeries removing 4 tumors from my left breast. I'm trying to improve my health with diet and exercise, so that I won't get any more tumors. I'm disabled with Fibromyalgia. I want to know how to increase circulation to the areas I've had surgeries so that the nutrients I take will heal those areas. I am a member of a gym, so if there are specific machines that can help there, which ones are they? Also if there are any homeopathic or herbal or ayervedic medicines that can help? Please if you have the information needed let me know. Thank you!
I'm already seeing an oncologist/internist for over 10 yrs and going to a chiropractor. This question is for alternative medical professionals.
I'm already eating healthy, and at the gym I do 20 min. treadmill and 20 min. cycling most every day. I ask about exercise here because is embarassing to ask the young male trainers at the gym. They most likely don't know anyway.
As a nutritional consultant, I would have to get a history on you to fully evaluate your condition. It's very good that you are exercising. Keep it up.
When you say you are trying to improve your health through diet, that's good ,too.
Do you eat 9 raw organic fruits and veggies a day?
Are you drinking 8 glasses of water a day?
Do you use artificial sweeteners?
Are you taking fish oil supplements?
Are you getting 15 minutes of sun everyday?
Do you consume alcohol, processed foods, sugar, bread, soda pop, or fried foods?
Do you take any prescription drugs?
I'm also into Herbal medicine. And I suggest before using any of my recommendations and are taking prescription drugs to check with your doc before adding any herbs to your diet.
Go to raintree.com and read about cat's claw.
Have you heard of tumeric? It blocks entry of breast cancer causing toxins in the body.
Tumeric also shuts off new blood vessel growth in breast cancer tumors.
You can get tumeric in supplement form at your local health food store.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?
What kind of personal care products do you use.
Some of the chemicals in these products are toxic and deadly.
Have you ever done a cleanse?
All of these questions are important to ask when trying to evaluate a condition.
I wish you health and happiness.
Annie
