What is a good medication for Clinical Depression?

I know I have clinical depression. I can get up and go to work and function, but I feel horrible online Ampicillin all the time, and I cant enjoy the things I used to enjoy. What would be a good suggestion?

I've buy ampicilin online been on most anti-depressants, both prescription and herbal. I will suggest one of each.

Lexapro is an awesome prescribed anti-depressant. I buy Amoxil generic was on it for 3 years (in conjunction with mood stabilizers for bipolar) and it really worked wonders for Levaquin me. The reason I'm Candm Wire Transfer Sunfirst Bank Funds AB not on it any more is because my body grew immune and it stopped working. Phooey.

Kava-kava is a great herbal supplement buy ampicillin online for buy generic amoxil digging me out of a deeply depressed state. However it warns that it can potentially mess with the liver so it is suggested that you only take it for a couple/few weeks at a time.

First go see your doc. or better yet , take a depression quiz on the Internet and see how far you are into it. they are all over the net. Just look up depression test and boom. Take it. It should be free. Print it out, go see your doc. There are sooooooo many antidepressant medicines out there that your doc can give you.
I started with zoloft, (made me crazy) he changed me to Lexapro and so far so good. Only been on it a week, but no side effects yet. It takes a while for them to kick in though, so time is needed and patience with yourself.
Good luckReferences : Been there, done that.

Different things work for different people. Effexor XR works really well for me, but I still suggest you talk to your doctor.References :

there are alot of medications out there. sometimes it takes of bit of trial & error to find what works for you. it might even take a combination of Rx. talk with your dr. it takes about 2 weeks to get the full effects of the Rx.

I take Lexapro & Sinequan. I started with Celexa. I started feeling better after 3 days.

go see your doctor. there's no reason to keep feeling bad.

    good luck!References :

Honest, open communication with a physician you trust is the best advice. That said, there are numerous options available for the treatment of depression, not all involve medication. Again, your best advice is to discuss this with a physician you trust.References : Working with the depressed for many years.

FIRST NOTE: CONGRATULATIONS FOR SEEKING HELP FOR YOUR DEPRESSION. BUT SECONDLY NOTE THAT THERE IS NO MAGIC PILLS TO TREAT THIS DISORDER. THE FIRST THING YOU SHOULD DO IS SEEK OUT BOTH A THERAPIST AND A PSYCHIATRIST FOR AN EVALUATION. KEEP IN MIND THAT THERAPY SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE PRIMARY COURSE OF TREATMENT IN A TREATMENT. ADDING MEDICATION ONLY IF NECESSARY. ALSO ASK ABOUT JOINING SUPPORT GROUPS IN YOUR AREA.
    GOOD LUCK,

Do not take any medication at all!! Change the way you view life tell yourself everyday positive things. Recognize your bad thoughts and deal with them. I took medication for 5 years and the only thing it did for me was make me feel like a zombie I was never really happy or really sad. When you start to tell yourself I am tired, I am sad change the topic think of something happy a friend a good time. See a psychologist if necessary. However alot of the work has to be done on your own, but a psychologist can help you recognize where you are going wrong. I used to take 275 mg of effexor everyday and when I got off it (cold turkey very bad idea) I was very sick for months and it took me a year to feel 100% again. After I stopped taking it though I realized how many beautiful emotions I was missing. I could cry I could really laugh. Please I know there are alot of people out there who really need anti-depressants, however doctors now adays throw them at people as if they where candy. They also get a nice kick back from pharmaceutical companies for selling their drugs so please investigate all possibilities before pursuing medication. Good Luck and God BlessReferences :

Definitely talk to a doctor who specializes in treating depression. There's no one "sure cure" for everyone. I know people who have had to try several types of medication, in combination with various types of therapy, before hitting on what worked best for them. And these days, it's not uncommon for a pair of medications to be prescribed in tandem: sometimes a smallish dosage of a second drug can boost the effectiveness of the main antidepressant.

Ideally, of course, nobody would need to take medication. However, it's important to realize that profoundly depressed people sometimes aren't "accessible" to therapy alone. Some chemical help is needed to rebalance their brain chemistry before they can begin to have the level of self-awareness and energy that's demanded in most therapy.

Don't let anyone else's experience with antidepressants frighten you. Having found the right combination for me, I can tell you that the medications do *not* "flatten" my emotions. I feel the full range of emotions appropriate for what's going on in my life–sad if someone dies, joyful when something wonderful happens, etc. It's when I'm depressed that I can't feel joy or delight or even simple contentment–only sadness and fear.

If your arm was broken, you'd put it in a cast–not expect it to heal by virtue of positive thinking. If you needed insulin, you'd take it. If your brain chemistry has gotten out of balance, and if medication will help re-balance it, go for it. Then you can get to work with a good therapist on anything else that needs changing in your life.References :
