Too bad, there are so many medications available out there to help with depression, it could change your life. If you should choose not to get professional help, try to at least set some time aside to relax and enjoy yourself. Do not turn to alcohol. It doesn't help, it just makes you feel worse. I think that you should seek help my mother has problems with depression and it seems like the more that she holds in the worse the depression seems to get. It doesn't matter who you talk to if you don't feel comfortable talking to your girlfriend you need to talk to someone else in most cases it is often better that you talk to someone you don't know that can help you take the right steps.
