I agree with the first person. Tell her you are there to listen. Maybe you might want to encourage her to seek help. I had to because I didn't care about anything when I was suffering from PPD. It was horrible. I was admitted to a hospital for 5 days under psychiatric unit. It helped. I was put on meds which helped immensely so you might want your sister to at least go to talk to someone.References :

She def needs to speak with someone..I chose not to because I was scared that they would try to take my baby away from me.But I did go to family members and told them about how I was feeling and how I truly thought i was going to do something bad to my baby..So they would take the baby for a few days to let me get back on track ..She might need a brake..Try to take the kids for the weekend or something..I just ghad another beby and I was fully aware of the signs to look for and I wasn't afraid to let the doctor know exactly how I felt..References :
